Your Customer Information on our web-site is password-protected. We strongly recommend that you do not give your password to anyone and that you change it periodically. You may edit your Bravo Photo account information by using your Bravo Photo member name and password.
If you are using a public computer (public library, school computer, etc.) or a shared computer (family computer, roommate's computer, etc.), we strongly recommend that you sign out of your Bravo Photo account and close your browser before getting up and moving away from the computer. On some pages, you can submit information about other people. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are:
Name
Address
Phone Number
In order to access our web-site, we will collect your unique user identification (e.g., your log-in or screen i.d., your name, your e-mail address) and a password.

We may offer gift-cards by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our web-site and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our web-site, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
Our Commitment to Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Bravo Photo employs SSL - a specialized encryption and security technology -- to protect your Customer Information. We understand that this is especially important when there is an exchange of credit card, billing and password information. In addition, we limit access of Customer Information to only those employees who need it to carry out their jobs.
Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our web-site from those we actually know are under 14, and no part of our web-site is structured to attract anyone under 14. However, we encourage parents to use our service as a family activity with their children and to carefully monitor any Internet activities (including use of the Bravo Photo services) engaged in by their kids.
How You Can Access or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by logging in to your Bravo Photo account. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Log Files, Cookies and IP Addresses
Bravo Photo uses log files, cookies and IP addresses in limited ways.
Like most standard web-sites, Bravo Photo uses log files. These include: Internet Protocol addresses (IP addresses), browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and the number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the web-site, track user movement in the aggregate, and to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Log files are not intentionally linked to personally identifiable information.
Cookies (also known as HTTP cookies, or web cookies) are parcels of text that are sent by a server to a Web browser, and then sent back unchanged by the browser each time it accesses that server. In other words, a cookie is a piece of data stored on a user’s computer that is tied to information about the user.
Bravo Photo Cookies: Contrary to popular belief, cookies do not extract private or personal information from your computer's memory. The job of a cookie is to record only information you volunteer to us upon registering or visiting the site. Cookies are tiny files placed onto the hard drive of your computer the first time you visit our Web site that enable our server to recognize or "remember" who you are next time you come back. Bravo Photo cookies are not tied to personally identifiable information. Currently, Bravo Photo intends to make only limited use of cookies for the purpose of delivering content and ads specific to your interests. For instance, cookies may be used to retain your personal preferences, hold session information for a "shopping cart" or save your password so it doesn't have to be re-entered each time you log in.
Advertiser Cookies: Bravo Photo may post third party advertising banners. These ads may contain cookies used primarily to provide data to the advertiser about where visitors are coming from. While we do use cookies in other parts of our web-site as explained above, cookies received with banner ads may or may not be collected or controlled by our company. When you click on a banner ad, you should be aware that the advertiser might be collecting information without the permission of Bravo Photo.
Advice on Limiting Cookies: You always have a choice with respect to cookies. By modifying your browser preferences, you can accept all cookies, be notified when a cookie is set or reject (disable) all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies, you may be unable to use certain Bravo Photo services. Please consult your browser instructions for information on how to modify your choices about cookies.
An IP address is literally your computer's address and is a unique identifier, allowing online information to be sent to the right place. We use IP addresses to better understand the customer database. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our web-site. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information such as geographic distribution of our members. We do not intentionally link your IP address to your personally identifiable information.
Links
Bravo Photo's web-site may contain links or hyperlinks to other web-sites. Bravo Photo is not responsible for the privacy practices of other web-sites. You are encouraged to read the privacy statements/policies of each and every web-site you visit, as this particular Notice applies solely to Bravo Photo's web-site.
Important User Information
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in the manner described above. If we decide to change our privacy practices, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it. Changes to our Notice will be prospective only. Please check this page from time to time for changes to make sure you are aware of our latest privacy practices.
Other than as described in the previous paragraphs, Bravo Photo will not sell, rent or otherwise share Customer Information with a third party without your knowledge and consent. If you do not want your Customer Information shared at that time you will always have the option of telling us not to share it.
The one exception to the rule described in this section is the following: if Bravo Photo is required by law or for tax reasons or otherwise for use in our business (or to protect our rights or property), we will disclose Customer Information to the extent so required.
Bravo Photo will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. You will only be asked for your member name and password when you initiate the contact and only if the member name and password are necessary to correct a service problem.
